With a Breezaire cooling unit, a wine can
mature properly and develop a special bouquet only achieved through
aging. Each unit features:
Adjustable Temperature
The ideal temperature range for storing
and aging wine is between 50'F-60'F. The Breezaire Cooling Unit
features an adjustable temperature control which allows manual setting
of the environment temperature. While reaching a desired temperature
setting, the Breezaire unit does not blast gusts of cold air. Instead,
the temperature is reduced gradually and gently with cool air.
Automatic Humidity Control
The gentle cooling provided by the
Breezaire Cooling Unit does not remove desirable humidity, thereby
preventing harmful oxidation due to cork leakage. This higher humidity
also prevents label deterioration.
Vibration Free Operation
Each Breezaire Cooling Unit is hand
assembled and tested to insure it is vibration free. Wine aged in a
vibration free environment has greater clarity and brilliance.
Ultra Quiet Operation
The virtually silent operation of the
Breezaire Cooling Unit adds to the enjoyability of any wine cellar.
Easy Installation
The Breezaire Cooling Unit is simply
mounted in a wall and plugged into a standard 110 volt outlet. No
plumbing or complicated wiring is required.
